The Injection Stretch Blow Molding Machine (ISBM) is a highly sophisticated piece of equipment in the plastic manufacturing industry. Its operation is based on a sequential process that combines injection molding, stretching, and blow molding techniques to produce high - quality plastic containers.
At the beginning of the process, plastic resin pellets are fed into the machine's hopper. These pellets are then conveyed into the barrel of the injection unit. Inside the barrel, the plastic is heated to its melting point through a combination of electrical heating elements and mechanical shear forces. Once in a molten state, the plastic is injected under high pressure into a preform mold.
