Production Line Details

Water Treatment System

The raw water is pumped into the raw water tank through a water pump, and the large particles and impurities in the water are filtered out through preliminary filtration (silica sand filter, activated carbon filter and precision filter) , and then use the RO system or Hollow system to remove microorganisms in the water. Finally, The UV sterilizer will sterilize the water and store it in a pure water tank.

Bottle Blowing Machine

Making empty bottles by blowing PET preforms, it can blow bottles in shapes: carbonated, mineral, pesticide, cosmetics, wide-mouth, hot filling, and other packing containers, which is made of plastic of crystalline type, such as PET and PP etc., volume from 100 ml to 2000 ml. Water Filling Machine

Water filling machine is a fully automatic 3 in 1 machine integrates Rinsing-filling-capping process, latest technology brings the quite high efficiency, Whole Material in SS304 maintains high-grade quality; Upgraded system with easier operation; Suitable for the filling production from 100ml to 2000ml bottles, capacity in small quantity and large quantity can be optional as customer characteristics.
