Production Line Details

Water Treatment System

The raw water is pumped into the raw water tank through a water pump, and the large particles and impurities in the water are filtered out through preliminary filtration (silica sand filter, activated carbon filter and precision filter) , and then use the RO system or Hollow system to remove microorganisms in the water. Finally, The UV sterilizer will sterilize the water and store it in a pure water tank.

Bottle Blowing Machine

This PET water bottle blow molding machine is specially designed to produce water bottle, PET bottle with high heat resistance for
hot filing package such as juice and tea. It adopts multiple blowing to reduce the residual stress, as result shaped bottle has
slight shrinkage during hot filling.

Washing System

This organization includes water tray, water tray device, rotating plate, elevated frame, water channel, bottle clip device, etc. This part mainly completes the flushing of the bottle. The water supply is controlled to the solenoid valve through electrical appliances, and the bottle clip is made of high quality stainless steel castings with compact structure.

Filling System

These components mainly include filling cylinder, filling valve, bottle holder and cam lifting mechanism, etc. The filling valve is made of 304 stainless steel, and the seal is made of special stainless steel.

Sealing System

This component mainly includes sealing aluminum ring and sealing copper parts, bottle holder and cam lifting mechanism, etc. This seal is sealed by electric heating. Each seal head has an independent temperature control display. When the temperature is too low and the seal fails, the automatic alarm can locate the fault position and quick maintenance.
