Machine Detail
Theraw water is pumped into the raw water tank through a water pump, and the large particles and impurities in the water are filtered out through preliminary filtration (silica sand filter, activated carbon filter and precision filter) , and then use the RO system or Hollow system to remove microorganisms in the water. Finally, The UV sterilizer will sterilize the water and store it in a pure water tank.
This PET water bottle blow molding machine is specially designed to produce water bottle, PET bottle with high heat resistance for
hot filing package such as juice and tea. It adopts multiple blowing to reduce the residual stress, as result shaped bottle has
slight shrinkage during hot filling.
