This series of bottle water production lines are mainly used for the Non-Aerated drink such as mineral water, pure water, non-gas wine drink and so on, with optional capacity from is 2000BPH based on 200ml to 2000ml.

This series of bottled water production lines are mainly used for the non-Aerated drink such as mineral water, pure water, non-gas wine drink and so on, with capacity 2000-3000BPH based on 200ml to 2000ml. This small and start up water prduction line is composed with blowing machine, water filling machine, water purification station, labeling machine and packing machine, all the machines you ever need for starting your new water business.

Production Line Details
Water Treatment System
The raw water is pumped into the raw water tank through a water pump, and the large particles and impurities in the water are filtered out through preliminary filtration (silica sand filter, activated carbon filter and precision filter) , and then use the RO system or Hollow system to remove microorganisms in the water. Finally, The UV sterilizer will sterilize the water and store it in a pure water tank.
Bottle Blowing Machine
This PET water bottle blow molding machine is specially designed to produce water bottle, PET bottle with high heat resistance for
hot filing package such as juice and tea. It adopts multiple blowing to reduce the residual stress, as result shaped bottle has
slight shrinkage during hot filling.
Filling Machine
Fully automatic 3 in 1 machine integrates Rinsing-filling-capping process, latest technology brings the quite high efficiency, Whole Material in SS304 maintains high-grade quality; Upgraded system with easier operation; Suitable for the filling production from 100ml to 2000ml bottles, capacity in small quantity and large quantity can be optional as customer characteristics.
Advanced touch screen and PLC control system makes man-machine communication true. Use guiding roulette instead of simple rotary table to roll out the finished bottles, ensuring the stability and preventing the bottles from falling down.
Labeling Machine
Adopt different customer’s requirement, with different types of labeling machine, ensure the precision of labeling method and placement. Advanced technology for the operation system manufactured by worldwide famous supplier to make sure the delicate operation.

Packing Machine
Proximity switch control film length. Touch screen, PLC system greatly increase facility movement reliability. Frequency converter speed adjust,two segment convey device. Bottle pushing, thermo sealing and cutting whole movement adopt to pneumatic fracture. Group finished bottle water by film, like: 24=4*6 ,12=3*4 6=2*3. Case packing machine is also available.
Air conveyor is a bridge between blowing machine and 3 in 1 filling machine. Air conveyor is supported by the arm on the ground; the air blower is settled on the air conveyor. Each inlet of air conveyor has an air filter to prevent dust coming into. The bottle is transferred to 3 in 1 machine through wind.
The structure of the conveyor is designed by modular. The alternativeness of the parts are flexible, the structure is intensity, little noise and it is convenient to fix and maintenance it. It can be grouped according to the different capacity and bottle shape flexibly.

Of course, we are located in Zhangjiagang City, which is very close to Shanghai. The high-speed rail is only one hour away from Shanghai.
