The 2-in-1 can filler and sealer is developed by incorporating advanced technology from abroad, reaching an international standard. Primarily designed for filling carbonated drinks in tin cans, such as water, juice, soda, soft drinks, and sparkling water, it utilizes a normal pressure filling method. Equipped with a fully automatic PLC touch screen control system, the filling speed is adjustable to meet customer requirements. The machine features 24 filling heads and 6 sealing heads, with specialized valves for filling juice and pulp. Constructed with high-quality stainless steel 304 material, it complies with food-grade standards. This fully automatic system boasts advanced construction, stable performance, safe operation, easy maintenance, and high production efficiency, making it an ideal choice for small to medium-sized drink factories.

Production Line Details

Water Treatment System

The raw water is pumped into the raw water tank through a water pump, and the large particles and impurities in the water are filtered out through preliminary filtration (silica sand filter, activated carbon filter and precision filter) , and then use the RO system or Hollow system to remove microorganisms in the water. Finally, The UV sterilizer will sterilize the water and store it in a pure water tank.

Water Filling Machine

Water filling machine is a fully automatic 3 in 1 machine integrates Rinsing-filling-capping process, latest technology brings the quite high efficiency, Whole Material in SS304 maintains high-grade quality; Upgraded system with easier operation; Suitable for the filling production from 100ml to 2000ml bottles, capacity in small quantity and large quantity can be optional as customer characteristics.

Advanced touch screen and PLC control system makes man-machine communication true. Use guiding roulette instead of simple rotary table to roll out the finished bottles, ensuring the stability and preventing the bottles from falling down.

Warming Tunnel

This machine is absorbed the abroad equipment technology and newly-designed, using circular water in different warming section to warm the fulfilled bottle step by step. During warming, according to customer's requirement to adjust speed by inverter, which is suitable for warming of all kinds of cold material.

CAN Rinser

It is used to clean empty can in canning production line. Empty cans will be sent to turning device first, which will be turned around then transferred into rinsing machine. Empty can will be running from top to bottom along the turning device. When empty cans enter into rinser, they will be cleaned by 80℃ hot water (provided by customer) to reach aseptic state of can. There is certain inclination angle in both sides of rinser, whose size could be adjusted properly when needed. Empty cans will be rolling in parallel way from top to end; the waste water will be discharged from outfall.

CAN Depalletizer

The depalletizer is new style one which is researched and developed by absorbing advanced technology aboard. It is suitable for different medium and large beer filling production line, some functions will be changed or added according to the customer’s actual requirement.
